The booking system for graduation ceremonies is now open. Invitations to register have been sent out via email. Please contact graduation@sgul.ac.uk if you have not received your invitation.

Students eligible to attend ceremonies this summer are those who have received awards between 8 July 2023 and 8 July 2024 (processed and updated in SITS).

Each ceremony will last approximately 2 hours, and will be followed by a reception for all graduates and guests in the Barbican Foyers.  Graduates should register at the ticket collection desk 2 hours prior to their ceremony start, to allow sufficient time for ticket collection, robing and photography.

While registering for your graduation ceremony you can also book up to 4 guest tickets (£30 per ticket; any additional guest tickets, if available, will be released for sale after the registration deadline has passed), and hire your gown.  Official photographers will be present at all ceremonies to take photos of you and any accompanying guests on the day (no pre-booking required for these photography sessions).

Should you have any queries, please contact: graduation@sgul.ac.uk.
